We have over 60 certifications across many different organizations, ranging from the American Red Cross (ARC), the Health and Safety institute (HSI) and the American Heart Association (AHA). We believe in providing our customers with the best possible service and knowledge.

Meet Our Talented Team Members
Ryan Collins
Owner and Founder
Ryan has been a Lifeguard Instructor for the Red Cross for four years, and a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer (LGIT) for one, specializing in training high-quality lifeguards. Ryan also helped to organize Auditing Protocols for over 200 employees across 53 different pool locations for Metropolitan Pools in Parma, OH.
Ryan also holds instructor and instructor trainer certifications in CPR/First-Aid/AED for Professional Rescuers, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Wilderness First-Aid. He also conducts Active Shooter Training.
Ryan enjoys ensuring that everyone is prepared and able to react in the event of an emergency
Tracy Collins
Office Manager
Tracy has an extensive background in finance and accounting. For SFT, she organizes all incoming emails, messages, phone calls, billing and support.
Ajay Nair
Director of Training Operations
Ajay has been an EMT since 2018 and is a registered nurse (RN), and as a result, he has extensive field-medical and in-hospital experience. In his free time, he volunteers for Texas Search and Rescue as a rescue medic, swiftwater rescue technician, and as a skills training instructor.
He also holds instructor certifications in CPR/First-Aid/AED for Professional Rescuers, Basic Life Support (BLS), Stop the Bleed, and Wilderness First-Aid and is certified through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and the Health and Safety Institute.
Ajay is responsible for all healthcare training (EMR, BLS, ACLS, PALS) and coordinates hands-on and online classes.
